Choices ~Evangelist Wendy Evans
Each and every day you are given a choice. The choice that you are given is a choice to either believe God or believe your current circumstances. Each day that you live you will be presented with this same choice. Some days you will be presented with this choice in some of the worst circumstances. Some days you will choose wisely and choose to believe what God says about you and your circumstances or some days you will choose to believe what your circumstances are showing you and the limited potential that your circumstances present to you. When you were younger you may have relied upon your parents or a mentor or a leader to guide you to help you decide what choices to make, but as you became older and as you grow and mature God tends to remove the familiar influences that you might have had in your life that led you and guided you.
God removes those familiar influences from your life because He wants you to learn to make choices for yourself and to learn to mature in your faith in Him. The Bible clearly states," Without faith it is impossible to please God because anyone who comes to God must believe that He rewards those who diligently seek Him Hebrews 11:6. Your circumstances will oftentimes involve sickness, disease, financial brokenness and spiritual brokenness.
Unfruitful relationships, unemployment, lack, apathy, dysfunctional unions, chaos, and insufficient power in your life might also be factors in your daily life that force you to have to make the all important choice on a daily basis. When you realize that this daily choice that you must make will not go away and when you realize why the choice exists you will be in a better position to choose more wisely.
Prayer for you;
God please help me make better choices. Help me walk each day living in faith and trusting in You and in Your plan for my life. Help me to learn that you are the source of all Good and that you will provide and take care of me and my needs whatever they may be. Amen
Walking in God's unmerited favor,

Stuck in the mud!
Then took they Jeremiah and cast him into the dungeon of Malchiah the son of Hammelech, that was in the court of the prison.-.-.-.-And in the dungeon there was no water, but mire: so Jeremiah sunk in the mire. -- Jeremiah 38:6
 Jeremiah was persecuted and imprisoned on several occasions, and finally left to die in a dank, wet cistern. After years of faithfully preaching the Word of God, he was tossed into a pit of mud from which there was no escape. But God used an unlikely method to rescue him--an Ethiopian eunuch and some rotten rags ( Jeremiah 38:11).
God may not rescue you the way you plan. He may not act when you expect Him to act. But He is never early and never late. God always acts at the appointed time to deliver you. Stand firm and wait on Him. When you are at the end of your rope, hold on to His Word and cling to His promises.
When you feel like the enemy has overpowered you and the world is against you, always remember that God has not forgotten you. He has given us His Word that He will never leave us nor forsake us ( Deuteronomy 31:6).
You may be up to your neck in problems and so deep in debt you cannot see the light of day, but get ready-.-.-.-your redemption draweth nigh.
Lord, I am holding on for You. Though I am stuck in the mud and surrounded by difficulty, I know that You will never leave nor forsake me. You alone are my salvation and the lifter of my head. Amen.
